About me

I am an Italian architect-turned-artist based in Brussels (Belgium) specialised in new technologies for the preservation of historical buildings. My passion for heritage and photography has led me to experiment with mixed media, mostly by painting or embroidering vintage photos that I find at flea markets.

My inspiration comes from antiquities and the stories they carry within them, old photographs with faded memories, and the textures of time-worn fabrics. Through my art, I aim to create new layers of meaning and breathe new life into these forgotten objects, transforming them into pieces that resonate with the present while still honouring the past. My work sparks a dialogue between the old and the new, preserving heritage while exploring new narratives and possibilities.

My works have been exhibited in France, Italy, South Korea, Spain, Greece, Belgium and the United States. Passionate about the visual arts as a whole, I am currently enrolled in the filmmaking course at the Varda School of Photography and Visual Arts (Brussels).
